As soon as you labeled yourself an anti-pirate guild you started roleplaying. Further, the description of the Roleplaying forum is "Discussion of in-game events, organizations, and the like." Regardless of how you want to classify yourself, a guild is an in-game organization and guild promotion belongs in the role play forum.

By not explanin' here the rules of conduct of this new guild we can say ye basically want to create a griefers guild:

By that i mean repeatedly harassing other players by creating a lynching mob group, ganking them and forcing them to logoff or preventing them to play the game. (Definition of griefing)

Not that i am opposed to this, but dont say we want to create an anti pirate guild just say we want to create a guild to be able to grief anyone we do not like by labelling him a pirate.
