Anyone who wants keys to any station is welcome to outfit their ship for bombing, destroy the turrets and anyone defending it, and capture it.

it would be much more logical to just give everyone the keys. That other way sounds tedious.

This would be a good moment to point out that FAMY has repeated taken the stations and made keys freely available to all who ask, proactively ensuring that all formal and informal guild leaders have owner keys.

But those that prefer oppression to freedom (some of whom ironically insert "free" into their guild name) are always quick to re-conquer the stations to satisfy their need to oppress and marginalize those who are un-guilded or not of their own kind.

Propaganda aside -- and speaking from the group of people that no longer uses Conq stations for manufacturing, I do find it nice that FAMY gives out free keys.

FAMY policy is that we will not shoot/pirate in conq stations if we have keys. If the turrets ain't shootin' -we ain't shootin'.

That's funny, back when we did give you keys you wouldn't stop shooting people there.

If it comes down to this, I'm sure the current FAMY members are more than capable of self-control and self-restraint. They have been honoring existing warranties like good little angels, have they not? FAMY is quite willing to mark the conq station sectors as pirate-free zones, so why not?

Hear ye, hear ye! Let it be known that on this incorrectly placed thread requesting keys from ITAN that FAMY is officially stating their Conquerable Station Key policy so that the entire universe may be informed.

I can't think of a better way to make sure people know this information other than this method, for truly this is the first place anyone would look for information on FAMY's key policies! This is, of course, for only those few who would think FAMY's policy would be otherwise! For they have never given us a reason to think they might pirate us in conquerable stations, ever!

It's real simple:

You give us keys: we follow your rules.

We have to take them: warranties help.

This has been consistent.
