It would be great if someone could post the mission tree that leads to Cells manufacturing.
Was trying to find how to get to it today but no luck.

Agreed. Not only is it impossible to discover on it's own, it also doesn't work right (at least, for me -- speaking about the IHDPC).

Perhaps TRI can chime in here. They've made them for me on contract in the past.
Apr 05, 2015 bojansplash link
Nope, TRI don't know the mission tree.

I figured it out. The IHDPC mission is capped at combat 9 (raised from even lower levels previously). This was because Phaserlight didn't think people would want the IHDPC beyond that since it wasn't a premium powercell at the time.

Clearly that has changed, so the combat level cap of 9 must now also be removed.

A couple of years a dev told me that they were planning something for players with very high levels. I have to admit that I expected something different.

Okay, it's fixed now.

thx!

That's great but I still can't find the correct mission tree. Phaserlight, can you post the mission tree here?

Phaserlight, can you post the mission tree here?

No, but I will give a couple hints: Start with Advanced Combat Training I and the sequel (you don't have to begin here, but this is the more likely path). It also requires one to have some basic manufacturing experience. I mean very basic; the kind a newbie might run into at mining stations.

You must have Mining License 1 or greater to complete the tree. There are no other License requirements.

Phaser....

I did adv combat I and II.
After adv combat II I received a single EDPC. NO further missions like 'manufacturing help' appeared.
I also did ALL available basic manufacturing missions at mining station.
Again, no further mission named 'manufacturing help needed' and 'more manufacturing help needed' appeared.

My licenses are far above any minimal requirements since all my chars were created in 2004.

So... ?

So...you gave up and won't be getting any more. The end.

You should take your meds as doctor prescribed Spence, sticking them in your ass does not produce the desired effect. Try again.

Here's a link to the thread I created when Savet commissioned me to make him some of these cells. I was also frustrated. Phaserlight is correct, the mission tree started very early on so there's definitely a basic tree that you have left uncompleted. I can say, the mission tree in question does not seem like it would lead to the HDPC mission.

The AA adjustment removes all blind spots on tridents. I like it, but now the PCB must be adjusted to be more effective (/me goes to write suggestion).

That is only true so long as the bug remains unfixed. And it did sound like Incarnate agrees with fixing it.

Alright; I've done all the missions for newbies there are. Completed Advanced Combat Training I and II multiple times and the mission called "More manufacturing help" does not show up for me. Others have succeeded in unlocking it meanwhile and shared their ways in detail with me. I did exactly the same but cannot seem to see it.

I first thought the reason may be my quite high combat level since I assumed Phaser just highered the limit but that's not the case as another player with a much lower level shares my problem.

Enlighten us, Phaser?

There are no License requirements other than Mining 1; anyone can complete this tree. It may seem like you have done all the missions for newbies, but you haven't. As Tokko Bashalis put it, there is a basic tree you have left uncompleted.

There are no permanent failure conditions, either. You will get to it if you are patient enough.

"Web" may be a better way to describe the shape of this thing. I'd be careful about listening too closely to someone that thinks s/he knows the exact path. What s/he thinks s/he did to unlock it may not be what s/he actually did to unlock it, simply because there is more than one possible path leading to it.

That's all I want to say. I have confidence that details will emerge as time goes on.

Quite aggrivating. If I wanted to play a puzzle solving game I'd pay to play a puzzle solving game. This game is hard enough when you have to compete against programmers writing plug-ins that don't get shared in common locatoins or get kept ultra secret within a small group of vets now I have to figure out some WEB puzzle to get a part that I have to manufacture anyway.
