is it required for me to pay for the monthly fee ?and how much is it every month?

As a space game how much can a individual player compare to a Guild do much with in the game ?

Are there any issue upon the game that can affect me as a new players within the game?

"is it required for me to pay for the monthly fee ?and how much is it every month?"

If you're okay with being restricted to low license levels and worrying about crystal, you can play for free on mobile platforms. If you're fine with those restrictions but want to play on PC, then you have to do what's called a Lite Sub, which costs $1 per month.

If you don't want those silly restrictions, you can get a full subscription. Those cost $10 per month if you want to pay monthly, but it's as low as $6.67 per month if you buy in bulk. That's what I do.

I'm in a guild, but I'm not a terribly social person and tend to mostly go off and do my own thing instead of hanging out with my guildmates. So yeah, you can play as an individual if you want. There is some content that's much accessible if you have a group helping you out, though. The main ones are building/destroying capital ships, and owning stations. It is possible to do those things as an individual, but it's more difficult that way.

Don't set your home station to stations in Greyspace unless you're not worried about the possibility of being station-camped. And don't believe the colors in the radar; not all hostile players appear as red dots.

ok thank you very much . how about adjusting you character or ship is that acquired by training by time or action?

You can change the equipment attached to your ship at any station. Or buy new ships.

There isn't really anything you can adjust on your character. All a character really is is a name and a faction. Getting those changed requires pestering the devs and basically makes you a terrible person.
