I am involving myself with this situation as I feel to be personally obligated too given my past involvement with TGFT's treaties and NAPs. I will not be engaging Roda Slane in combat unless consensual given this recent incident. I am sorry this incident came to be and hope it can be resolved in a proper and fair manner.

My apologies to HepFree, Greenwall, and brzi95 for not informing of them of my non-aggression status with Roda Slane during the recent combat activity in Sedina B-8 as I was unaware of this above incident at the time.

Throughout my years in Vendetta Online and as a member of TGFT, I take matters of treaties with a code of honor and as such expect those privy to those treaties to be honorable in its implementation. This has not always been the case but thankfully better judgement prevails in the majority of these actions. I hope that all parties involved will act honorably.

It all sounds like an awful B8 misunderstanding again. To my knowledge, TGFT does not intend a war with you. TGFT is a very busy and very large guild, we have many members, plenty of newbies lately and we try our best to keep up with informing them on who's KOS and who we have a NAP. But especially with the Androiders, that is barely possible. Many of them dislike reading important stuff such as KOS/NAP lists, that's how stuff like this comes to happen.
One vital thing they learn is that Itan is on friendly terms with us, therefore they thought that someone who attacks our friends must be a bad guy. We have already started communcation with those members and as I've heard, you were already reimbursed for the loss caused by this accident.

If you wish for more diplomatic discussion to settle this, feel free to contact us. Let's try to keep it on friendly diplomatic terms, as we always used to back in the years.

It's unsightly to watch all those TGFT guys bent over with their pants down before Roda.

I held my fire on the offending [TGFT] long enough to inform them that I had a Non Aggression Pact with [TGFT], after which, I targeted anyone that attacked me.

After Ahuramazda questioned me on the issue, and said he would deal with it, I ceased to target all [TGFT], and resumed my attack on Zok [ITAN]. During a bombing run on Zok's trident, Andrew215 claimed I hit him. Standing next to my obvious target in order to take splash damage to interpret aggression is outright deception. I have very low tolerance for liars.

Later, in D14, I was fighting [ONE], Andrew215 and 8east85jy did not fire at me, so I let it be. "Ossella Be-Reme" swarmed me at point blank, without warning or provocation.

Let me be perfectly clear. kbireta, nor any other [TGFT], is going to tell me when or where I can or can not kill [ONE]. It is beyond the scope of our agreement. I will kill [ONE] at my convenience. I do not like that [TGFT] appears to be in alliance with [ITAN], but as long as [TGFT] does not intentionally interfere with my war with [ITAN], it is otherwise beyond the scope of our agreement.

As far as the furball with Surbius, I initially targeted [ONE], due to the overwhelming presence of proms. After the prom issue was pared down to manageable size, I targeted [PA], whom Surbius appeared to be in alliance with. Surbius is honor bound to not defend [PA] from me, as I am honor bound to not target Surbius, even when tactically advantageous to myself. [PA] and others may have fared worse otherwise.

Due to the continued diplomatic efforts of respected members of [TGFT], I intend to maintain the standing Non Aggression Pact. I accept the public statements from the high level representatives of [TGFT] as intent to maintain the pact. I have accepted compensation from [TGFT] for loses I attribute to "Ossella Be-Reme". As conclusion to these diplomatic efforts, I ask for public statements from Andrew215 and "Ossella Be-Reme" of intent to respect this pact.

I easily decimated the three offending [TGFT]. But such situations generally escalate, unless proactive measures are taken otherwise.

[TGFT] has historically proven it can and will maintain it's commitments. Zok is a pawn of [ITAN], [ITAN] makes little to no pretence about engaging in unsolicited aggressions. Deceitful unsolicited aggressors are higher priority that bold face blatant unsolicited aggressors. Blatant unsolicited aggressors are higher priority than pawns.

[FAMY] are bold faced blatant bullies. I don't even have room on the list for them. I have no war with [FAMY]. I am too busy.

An open conflict with those I perceive as "aggressive only when provoked" would not only be major distraction from my primary objectives, but also contrary to my basic ideology.
