RoboticMechanicalJeb, if you read the code of the plugin you'll see that it actually reports everybody, not just pirates. There is no filtration. If TGFT only bother to inform you about the pirates that are being encountered, that doesn't change the fact that you and all other TGFT_utilities users are reporting all players regardless of affiliation or alignment.

We said we will give free station access to all neutral guilds.
A few Famy members pledged that they will refrain from abusing this if we grant them access (they will not shoot at anyone who has free station access, not follow them leaving stations and ambush them). They are now on probation. If their pledge comes true, they will be granted permanent access.

And for the record, as far as I'm aware this is our SOP with station keys in general. It's not anything specific to SKV.

ITAN's staying out of this. SKV are our allies going waaaay back and we have a mutual NAP with TGFT, and honestly, it seems like both sides went off the deep end from my perspective. But hey, war on guys, I've got popcorn. :)
As for Bojan's announcement: I'd do the same thing if I were in his shoes. "Neutral" players providing intelligence for your enemy in a war means they're not neutral, they're enemy combatants.

their biggest problem ruined it all: their CO can't stand it when he can't have the last word so he talked his guild into the clown corner after everyone was pleased already and moved on the result at hand is this thread.
