I'm looking into things, there are things I still don't know, but Seiger is so sure of 'the facts' and makes conclusions based on not much and not much that's correct. The fact that he was in FAMY so soon after would lead me to speculate again that he was an alt trying to make trouble and executed it poorly. Another possibility is that he's young and doesn't know what's going on in the game.

No he wasn't. FAMY just invites everyone they can. techno12 always acted and honestly seemed like a young kid who's playing VO and just not understanding everything on the first try which he can't be blamed for.
