Your not kidding Hoax, I thought once i got 9th, well, id at least stay there, not have to fight for it, one of my pc's has such a large unit, im hoping it does not get stuck again! =D

Darnit, why did my stupid computer have to turn off while I was away last week! I could have finished a while ****load more units.

Gah, the P3 died, its had issues for some time, and theres no way in hell im paying for a new P3 1 gig, I can get a AMD64 cheaper, me puts the P3 in the bin.

It seems my newest edition to the folding gang (a P4) will not finish another unit (although it finished one) it gets to around 88%, then refuses to continue, seems it has memory issues according to the output (memtest86 shows no errors) until I get it sorted, you people have a chance to catch up, use it. =p

Some of the units are really annoying. Like that 2000 part unit I just finished. It took something like 72 hours on my Athlon 2800+ with 1GB of RAM, but I only get 73 points? Huh?

I'm having computer troubles too. I don't know yoda it looks like you broke loose from the pack. I shall redouble my efforts!

5 active procs?!?

Odd... it should be 7.

I wonder how fast my Apple IIe could fold... maybe expect one unit per several decades.

Since my PC in screensaver mode is something unheard of (there's always someone using it), I'll pass. Specially if XP with SP2 is vulnerable to that screen saver.

Science will somehow have to go on without me. It's hard, yes, but that's life.

dangit! I used just momerath instead of momerath42 on one of my 8 folding machines:( Now I have to go hunt it down, so my 9 procs are together:)

Noooooo you passed me. Gosh darnit, and I was in that place forever!
Jun 07, 2005 Hoax link
Ha! Few can keep up a sustained multi proc attack oh naive dev. You might have a burst of speed but my superior single processor of DOOM will destroy you in the end.

Witness the humbling fall of Yoda to 10th place as testimonial to my power. His extra CPU's are offline and I have once again climbed beyond!

What username is yours on f@h Hoax? I'd like to know so I can laugh at you when I breeze by in a month or so. I can keep this up for a long time (and it will take a long time to beat the other devs :) )- I even have several decent boxes I haven't turned on in my new apartment yet:)

Just for your droolage, I'm currently folding on:
dual xeon 2.4ghz
p4 3.2
pentium-m 1.7
athlon64 3000
athlonxp 2600
p4 1.5
p3 1ghz
p3 800mhz

all of them have 1G or more of ram, cept the 800, which has 768.

I am bomb(a) en espaņol.

I just have one:

P4 3.2 GHz
2 GB RAM

But I hate people passing me and will find a way to stop you. Even if I have to set the screen saver of every library comp in town!

Actually I have about 15 other computers but last time I tried running F@H on them, combined they were worth about 1/10th the output of my big one so... yeah.

My 2 machines are still chugging along. Next school year I intend to install F@H on all of the several hundred machines in my school. Nobody'll ever notice, and I'll end up in first place!
Jun 14, 2005 who? me? link
no one will notice eh? damn, tell that school of yours to get better tech people.

I finally got around to installing F@H. Just finished my first work unit, 210 points. I am now the highest scoring single work unit on the team. ;-)
