Unable to save settings
For some reason I have to reset binds every time I log in and reset my preferred settings for the Maid plugin.
My most recent attempt to resolve this was to copy the ini and wfg files to my desktop and then move them back into the Vendetta folder after closing out the game in the hopes that this would lock in my preferred settings, but alas. Even this did not work.

Does it still happen even if you have no plugins?
Since I'm trying to bind a plugin, what I did based on your question was the following.
1) I closed out Vendetta completely
2) I moved my plugins folder out of the Vendetta folder
3) I started VO up again and bound 'W' to +turbo and verified that pressing 'W' did actually engage turbo
4) I closed out Vendetta completely
5) I started VO up, launched and pressed 'W'. Turbo did not engage.
On the plus side, Vendetta did not hang or lock up upon logging off which was nice.
I repeated steps 3 through 5 a second time and still did not get the expected result.
After this, I manually adapted the wgaf file and saved. I started VO and it worked. I then attempted to bind 'W' to +zoom. Closed VO and restarted with no result.
However my second time starting VO and subsequent tests I have been able to switch binds and have them remain intact upon restarting. So tentatively this problem is resolved.
I'm not sure what changed during throughout my efforts that made it possible for binds to save like they are supposed to.

Which version of the client are you using?
I'm not sure what you mean by client. I'm currently fully updated to *** Vendetta 1.8.274/.1
I've learned to live with this issue. However tonight I'm seeing a number of newer people on channel one complaining about their binds not holding either.
I am having this issue, my binds reset every time i close the game. very annoying. Then once i got it working again my tertairy fire button fires my secondary weapon and theres no reason it should. the control is not bound twice and the groups are set properly.
The shoot commands aren't set-up the way you'd expect:
+Shoot2 = primary fire
+Shoot1 = secondary fire
+Shoot3 = tertiary fire
+Shoot2 = primary fire
+Shoot1 = secondary fire
+Shoot3 = tertiary fire
it only did it that once, still doesnt change the fact i have to rebind my keys every time i log in. And it adds binds to keys that i dont want causing me to have to clear binds on multiple controls to avoid double binds.
