Now back to the bug at hand, thanks.

This has gotten a bit off topic for the bug forums, but note I did post this elsewhere for discussion which got locked before anyone could respond.

I don't know to the extent of which this bug was abused so I have no matter of speaking of what administrative action should be taken. That is solely between the developers and the player involved.

But since my discussion was locked I'd like to take it a bit further on this topic.

Should he be banned? No. He made a mistake and is sorry that he got 'caught' doing it. Chances are now if he finds another bug then he will make the correct decision and report it before someone calls him out on it. Every one makes mistakes. No use punishing a single mistake with a ban.

I don't know what playing on android in a different language has anything to do with anything. Yes he found a bug. Abused it . Only reported it after being called out on it in game and on the forums. He even admitted to abusing the bug and I quote, "to my personal benefit, trying to save my ass from dying. "

Furthermore he did not randomly run into this 'bug'. He sought out a way to cheat. He looked for files he could edit and upon finding one he did it. Ecka, I understand he is in your guild and you stick up for your boys, but is this the type of behavior you want to condone?

As the bug goes does this have anything to do with the big NPC/Misson problem we witnessed this week?

This bug was discovered only few days ago and has nothing to do with NPC/Mission problem.
Also, ray managed to fix the bug. Universe is safe again!
