Currently the reactor mission is the only way to get the waypoint. Can the waypoint be given on a few other high-end components as well? This way the people that are stuck with extra reactors can get some value for them.

Why limit it to specific components? Why not just make a "Purchase the location of the super-secret foggy station" at Corvus for a mil or two?
