Increase the amount of concussion mines per magazine

Instead of like six, maybe 15 or so? I mean, they don't do any damage and they're useless in terms of escaping pirates or interceptors - prox mines actually do something.

How about just increasing the concussive force in the mines? They are pretty wimpy right now.

Nah you're both wrong. The concussion mines are extremely useful for escaping interceptors, you're just using them incorrectly.

They do take some skill to use correctly but you can use them to effectively cover an exit if you warp out and put a concussion mine between you and your opponent at the right distance he will be forced to either let you flee or be concussed in a random direction making it impossible for him to shoot you as you warp out.

The thing requires skill to operate, it has 6 mines because it has a higher splash radius.

In a straight-line chase, the concussive blast can be quite a detriment to the pursuer, over and above the damage a prox mine would inflict.

It's one of those things that's not really that intuitive until you've experienced it a few times.

No I think they could easily have their concussive force double. Or tripled. Knock those ships 1000m in a random direction. Right now they are just like little speed bumps and are boring.
