Request for Ship Properties

Per another thread in the suggestions forum, I request from the devs a list of ship parameters that are customizable so that we might more easily assist in providing useful suggestions.

I think most of us are aware of the basics, but there are other things like built in addons and ship availability (i.e. locations) that also can play a big role in balance. Here's an example list of what I think might be currently adjustable, hopefully we have a response from the devs that addresses whether or not this is accurate or what other options, if any, are available.

XP Levels
Badge / Badge Level
Armor
Cargo
Add on ports
Mass
Length
Thrust
Turbo Thrust
Max Speed
Spin Torque
Turbo Speed
Built in addons [are any available, or only specific ones?]
Station Availability By Faction
Station Availability By Station Type within Faction
Availability by Mission Only

Here are some other things that might be really cool, and curious how difficult they would be to implement:

Deneb/Geira Only Availability
Military Only Availability
Non-Military Only Availability
Inverse XP/Badge availability aka maximum requirements instead of minimum requirements (i.e. ships for newbs but not for vets)
Weapon Resistance (energy/non-energy/energy drain)
Weapon Enhancement (adds or subtracts stats from weapons)
Color Restriction
Location Adjustment of Addon ports
CTC determined availability
Temporary Existence
Radar Signature
Contrails upon Turbo engagement (i.e. like swarms)

This is not a post for General, this is something suited to Suggestions. (Moving to Suggestions).

As far as the ship-balance discussions currently under way, I think all the critically relevant stats are already public, and have been posted to vo-wiki and the like.

Ship collision hulls' moments of inertia aren't published anywhere in-game or on the wiki, and the stat that we thought represented that ("Length") isn't relevant at all.

Another thing that hardly gets mentioned that isn't listed is the turning rate limit...

yeah there's a bunch of very relevant stats that aren't public, and, if made public, could make the Dev's life much easier as it would aid in our more accurate and specific suggesting. Just sayin.
