I just started playing and was drawn to the wiki that noted players can submit missions for testing and implementation in to the game. I, however, am terrible at this and would like to know if it is possible to submit ship designs. For example 3d model. I love ship designing and the oober nerd side of me has compelled me, on more than one occasion, to draw concept art of starships. If it is possible are there any limitations one would need to know of before making a submission? Any specific format they should be submitted in (software requirements)? Ect...
