This suggestion is for the forum itself. On the main page that shows all the categories, the three columns are: Forum, Description, Messages in Forum. I suggest that you add a forth column with the heading "Date". Set it so when anyone posts to the specific forum group like "General, Suggestions etc; on the front page the date will update to reflect that there is a new post in that category. This would make it easier to see any new posts rather than going back and forth into and out of each category.
