No-Fire Violations

I think the current system of no-fire violations is nice. But can they have some permanent effect? I mean, it's understandable that a noob might misfire and get in trouble. But if somebody is a repeat offender, they should lose -some- standing, at least. Right?

Maybe have it be a scaling thing. Like if you shot once by accident, you get an annoying message in both mission and normal chat tabs telling you that you have lost standing. The first shot only takes off maybe 10 points. The second then takes 20, the third 60, fourth 120 or something like that. That way they would have to ignore the automated warning and a VERY obvious first offense warning.

What I'm saying is that the first shot does nothing. The second shot does what it does now- temporary. Then you warp out and everything's peachy. Then if you warp back in and do it again, you start taking hits...

Or this: the station could broadcast some form of EMP, effectively disabling weapons systems...

Also, they say "Leave the sector or be destroyed". Shouldn't they give me 15 or so seconds to leave before trying to kill me?
