Be nice to have different views while in the cockpit . If you could assign different views to the joysticks "hat" switch , ie... look left , right , back etc.. . I find that while im fighting , sometimes I'll smack right into a roid , or another ship will get right up on me without me realizing it. I have flown WW2 flight sims a good bit as well as space sims like Jumpgate and see a definate benifit in gameplay by offering these different views.

Well you can "look" flying straight while you turbo...

Taljin said the words "joystick" and "hat switch" so it's a reasonable assumption that mouse look is off. And looking around during turbo only works with mouse look.

So it's a valid suggestion.. Seconded. Not that I'd use it much, but it's a good thing to have available. Dodging roids requires a bit of situational awareness. That being said, I've crashed into countless roids.. =P
