Can't enable windowed mode
I'm sure some of you have seen this one before, since searching the forums revealed a couple similar threads, none of which had a solution.
Simply put, whenever I try to switch into windowed mode, Vendetta crashes with this message:
X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 134 (XFree86-VidModeExtension)
Minor opcode of failed request: 10 (XF86VidModeSwitchToMode)
Value in failed request: 0x2400009
Serial number of failed request: 96
Current serial number in output stream: 97

Yeah, try editing the config file by hand without VO running and then run the game. Some systems seem to have a problem with switching modes with the game running -- my old one did, my current one does not.
