Lmao, exellent. I did something similar with the strike forces at the corvus station in sedina. You go inside the station with another player (the huge cavitys with a pillar in the center and windows all around) and you shoot off one shot at eachother. Then all the strike forces come out and ram themselves to death on the walls.

I, as Minus, confirm the event, and it did take place a while ago, I had to reach for my palm log to check the video records for that date.

Indeed I was in need of an obsence amount of scrap metal.

Lecter's in SKV hands?!?!?!

Oi... I should stop flirting with girls I know and get back in game.

Lol, sorry but, I guess Dr. Lecter COULD have been notified of his capture :D
Jan 29, 2006 jexkerome link
Yeah, that capture thing seems a bit iffy to me.

Oh, and is it me or are the members of the Velaio family dropping like flies?

OOC: LMFAO Lecter, that's whatcha get for not readin yer email... hehe. I can't believe you missed THAT.

Scotch, eh? Very well. I'll root around my private stash for some single-malt.
And we can feed you cloned left arm of LeberMac until you tell us what we want in our friendly interrogation sessions.

/me shakes his head

Monk...

Good luck, and if you need a distraction in the shape of a taur... just ask... I'll be happy to play with the Akanese.

Really, Monk, if you had let me had my way with her you wouldn't be in so much trouble. Serves you right.

Nah, that didn't do any good with Miharu, now did it? Honestly, though, I wonder which is hypothetically worse from their perspective: me or you. I think the worse offense you could be charged with would be attempted assault with a dead weapon...
Feb 14, 2006 jexkerome link
Hey, at least *I* didn't get captured by those failures at ITAN :P
Feb 14, 2006 moldyman link
Now why would I ever do that Jex?
And Lecter wasn't captured by ITAN, he was captured by SKV. Now he has his own cheering section in his cell block, as opposed to _Ghost_'s maniacal revenge laugh.

Who is this _Ghot_?

I meant to come back with some heavy weapons, a scanner, and a Serco Harddrive Scrambler, but, as always, something came up, and I was forced to eject.... And guess where I had told my escape pod to go to before I found out about that unit? To go back to the Mak if I was forced to eject. (And the Corvus gift store of course had nothing useful >.<)

But I assure you, when I'm done with that unit it will not want to be rebuilt ever again.

Oh, and about the writing on the bomb.... I almost have the code cracked.... Very primitive, I actually had to degrade my translation system to get anywhere with it. What I want to know is: Who made it? And how did they make such an explosion in such a small shell? It may be the alien technology that bolt head was talking about, but that wouldn't explain the lack of complexity of the symbols.... Nonetheless, if we want this thing to go away we need to crack this language, find the native, find out what that bot wants with the native, and then fight or hand over the native depending on the plans of this thing. (And why the **** did it throw me across the bar for no apparent reason?)
Mar 16, 2006 FreedomBird link
Ok, I have the code on the bomb cracked..... And this thing is big. It was built on old Earth for the terraforming project on Sol II. It's explosion radius is approx. 3.4 kilometers..... More than enough to destroy most stations. Also, it is part of a shipment that according to Serco history computers say never arrived, so there are around 14 more out there..... Which isn't good, this thing, if it knows where it got the bomb, could cause mass havoc throughout the galaxy.

About the unit: It is highly hostile, and if it is in sector it will randomly gank whoever it feels like ganking. I would suggest immeadiate destruction of the unit if spotted. Although it just rebuilds when you kill it, I have a couple theories of how to kill it permanatly. Option 1: Destroy its factory then kill it.... Option 2: Disable the communications device that tells the factory that it's been destroyed and then kill it.

Well, that's my summary of my findings about the current threat. Seems there's never a dull moment anymore......

The logical flaw to a former member of the Order arguing that all of the members are, in fact, laboring under a false consciousness is that it fails to account for that former member's alleged miraculous enlightenment.

Put more succinctly... balls.

P.S. Freedombird, your posts above are a really bad use of a rip off of BSG's plot line elements. Nice job, ass-clown.

On a related note to FB's "really bad" posts:

Blame the person roleplaying the bot. He's the one who started all the stuff, and I'm gonna be honest here: I get the feeling that one of the old Mary Sue people is back in business.
Mar 30, 2006 FreedomBird link
Miharu, I can defend my own posts, but thanks anyways :)

Lecter, if I was trying to copy BSG, I'd do a much better job at it. Everything I said about the robot itself and the factory was what IT said, and thus I put nothing from BSG in my post. My solution to the robotic menace was the first logical thing I could think of to do. So, any similarities between BSG and this plot are strictly in the mind of the reader.
