I read the email last night. It is a fake. The only thing on that email that was real was the subject was “Howdy” and my name is right.
I knew the “picture” of an email message supposable sent by me was fake, because I never sent it. But it did seem familiar and parts of it are true. It seems like something I would write. Except for the part about betraying my people, but I’ll get into that later. The first paragraph stuck in my head all night and I finally figured it out. I did write that, but not to Borb. I wrote that on the recruiting forum of the ITAN website here:

Check the last reply on the first page. It’s exactly the same as the first paragraph of my supposed email to Borb. After really looking at the document I did notice some other minor errors. Its nothing anyone would notice who didn’t use Gmail though. There is one glaring error in the email that you should all be able to notice though. The grammar and especially the spelling are correct.
I know that won’t convince all of you that it was fake but that should lead you to wonder about its being authentic.
I don’t have to ask where this falsified document came from. I know it came from Smittens and uppercase. They paid good guild money to buy this document. They have none nothing but try was to keep me out of ITAN after our little disagreement last week. I thought we all have certain freedoms, especially when it comes to expressing ourselves and our beliefs. I was accused of spreading “lies and exaserations”. I might have acted irresponsible but that was for the greater good. Not for my self, but for the guild I love and for the Itani people.
Smittens and uppercase wanted to find something incriminating to keep me out the guild. So they found the “email”. Which is not an email but a picture of an email. They accused me of wrong doing and I did nothing wrong. They actually did many things wrong including falsely accusing me of a serious crime.
All of my life I have had one goal. To help the Itani people in any way I can. I was briefly a commander and lieutenant of important Itani guilds including ITAN. I think because of my efforts and others the ITAN guild is here today. But I’m tired of fight a losing fight against insurmountable odds.
Smittens and uppercase wanted me out of the ITAN guild, well they got what you wished for. I no longer want to be in a guild that allows such travesties of justice to take place.
But as a citizen of the Itani nation I will continue to fight the good fight. I will continue to speak my mind and encourage others to do so. I will continue to help the Itani nation when ever and where ever I can.
To those of you still in ITAN: I ask that you look deep within yourselves, and at your leaders. Look also at the actions your leaders have taken these past few months. Ask yourselves if you can live with a guild that lets its leaders behave like that.
In conclusion I do not know what the next step is for me. I might form my own guild or I might take one of the many offers to join another guild. What ever I do I will do what ever I can to continue to help the Itani people.
I found an old earth poem that seems to fit the situation. The author is long forgotten but it still has meaning:

I looked over all land from my private security cams, the vultures where already setting up camp. Pressing a button I activated a electric field around the building. I did not feel like dealing with the press not today.
Really it's what I get for dealing with Itani, I had rules, rules where this was to be kept low key, Jes was not to know I sent a copy of the E-mail to ITAN. Why? Because he had nothing to lose, he would go public in an attempt to take out as many people as he could.
My original plan of denying the legitimacy of the picture was futile. But I did it any way in a panic. They did not even give me time to work out a deal with Jes before hand those ignorant Itani pricks. They just sent it to the whole world, and all way to damn fast.
I knew I needed to calm down. I did ops like this all the time, and it paid well. My nation did not suffer from dealing with Itani infighters so why should I not take their money. What I did not like are my ops making the nine o clock news.
That's fine though, there is no way any thing he can say could deny the picture, it's proof no matter what lies he spreads, my end of the deal was completed, my clients would still be happy. And if not I still had their money.
If any thing I'll be commended for promoting Itani in-fighting not that this has all hit the fan, I really can't lose from this. Smittens, uppercase, Jes, and ITAN on the other hand.

Public Statement on What the Hell has been Happening:
Hello everyone, I think its time I, as one of the main dealers in all this, shed some light on what has happened.
When Jess was booted from Itan and this topic mysteriously appeared, I had an itching feeling it was going to be against Itan, or if Jess truely was/is dedicated to the guild, against me personally. At that point it was just a matter of finding Borb. I had the bigger wallet and Borb knew that I was a client he could always milk for $$$. After a quick transfer of funds, Borb confided in me to what Jess was planning, which is expressed in the email.
Meanwhile in-guild, there was still a lot of controversy as to what to do about Jess and what his plans were/are. UC, Geno and I knew that this would end those talks so we asked Borb for a picture. With the idea that Borb could salvage some relation with Jess, we tried to keep it relatively quiet, though Jess seems to have been given a copy of the image by one of us who had access to it, my guess for this person to be able to confront Jess on his own (this person had been a strong vote to readmit JB to Itan). This issue is almost resolved.
At that point, when Jess saw that his plans were going to fall through and Borb had betrayed him, he did the only thing possible. Post the email image, and call it a fake. This would discredit me and UC, which was his original intention, and also force me to doubt Borb as a source, thus striking back at him too.
Earlier today/last night, LeberMac connected the dots that let us realize all this, finding that the person who had logged in as [Itan] Mole on our boards shared an IP with Jess. Thus with his banning this issue should hopefully be resolved, although it ends with a more disgruntled Jess that I would like (and I'm honest about that. As much as we may dislike each other ingame, I don't know you out of game and thus don't want to see your out of game fun spoiled, although I guess its too late for that).

Uhm. JB what the hell is wrong with you? Have we prepared a little speech here, now have we ? Trying to find supporters outside of ITAN to pressure us to let you back in ? Cute. Everything you have done in the last few weeks was trying to discredit both ITAN and its leaders. Why ? Because of petty envy 'cause it isn't you who is commander or LT ? Who cares ? Seriously. Prove the email is genuine. I want to see the header information too.
I admit to posting the email here. It was immediatly sent to me by 3 different people. It was going to get out anyway i just brought it to light. (ooc: say it was for rp that excuse works fine for some people.)
I know its not and if somone who has gmail looks at it they can easily prove its been faked. Its a good recreationg of an email but its not perfect.
Gmail uses convesations. If i replied to his email that would have shown on the email. If i was the only sender then why does it say replied to all at the bottom. There is also an attachment icon but wheres the attachment. Borb can manufacture anything he wants but test it out on your own. Its not real and i know because i didn't write it. (BTW is you don't have gmail i have a few accounts left i can give you one so you can try it yourself.)

Hes right hes playing both sides agaist eachother. But he can never prove the email is genuine bacause it isn't. I did send borb an email but it didn't say that.
