Deneb Run gets new sponsors, more prize money
Attention Race Fans! Effective immediately, there has been a change in sponsorship for The Deneb Run.
After generously contributing approximately 120 million credits over the last roughly 60 races, long time sponsor EnB has decided to focus it's efforts elsewhere. If you see an EnB pilot out there, be sure to thank them for everything they have done.
After announcing an opening for new sponsors, not one, but two guilds have answered the call. Sigma Shipping Company (SSC) and Christianson Distribution Company (CDC) will be joining The Guild of Free Traders (TGFT) in sponsoring The Deneb Run.
Long time race fans will already recognize both new sponsors for their numerous contributions to The Deneb Run over it's long history, including filling in as M.C.s, co-announcers, after-party hosts, competitive racers, and more.
With the increase in the number of sponsors, the weekly prize money will now be increased to a record 6 million credits! First place will now be worth 3 million credits, 2nd place will now be worth 2 million credits, and 3rd place will now be worth an even 1 million credits.
