SCAR Members and other loyal Serco warriors are given priority at the Shop and Armory, and are entitled to other benefits as well. New SCAR members may recieve one Trial & Demonstration package including a pair of Every Unlimited or Regulated item in our armory Absolutely Free! These include Neutron IIIs, MegaPositrons, AAPs, Law Enforcement Neutron Blasters, XGX, Sparrows, All Railgun varients and Hive FC and Ultra Charge powercells.
All loyal Serco may choose up to three Unlimited or Regulated items from our shop and Armory for Free on their first visit. For SCAR Members, this is in addition to the above Trial & Demonstration package. Beginning Serco players may also be eligable for up to 20,000c from the Bank with no obligations to help them get started.
Free Weapons may also be given out to any Members or other Serco participating in Guild or National Events, including the Border Wars and Nation War.
Members benefit from Low Prices and may purchase any special items virtually At Cost at any time. These member prices may also be extended to other Serco who support the Dominion, at the discretion of the Shop managers.
Itani need not apply at this location. Delivery available to some areas for a nominal fee.

Omega 0 is selling UltraCharge PowerCells in Latos N-2 for 3000 credits each (that's 120000 credits a Behemoth load or 200000 credits a Behemoth XC load). Note that it is cheaper to buy UltraCharges from me than it is to buy FastCharges most other places.

Yes, but at the sole discretion of the active distributor. As a general rule, some effort must go into a Serco character before we will sell to them at member price or sell them members-only items. Exceptions to this rule may be made in sufficiently small quantities.
It is important here to note that very few Serco can be classified as "civilian".

The major difference is, I want to make the customer happy, so I sell for 3000 to everyone. You charge 5000 for the majority of characters in the game. I also give away free UltraCharges to anyone who asks.
We've made several Serco and UIT Customers very happy. We charge what's fair, and we always cut people a good deal. We've already given away several items from powercells to advanced railguns, and we offer free equipment and funding to many Serco characters without them even asking.
So you supply your precious itani with all the UCs you want, slime, and we'll take care of the Serco and allied UIT who come to our end of space.
Our purpose is to help distribute weapons and give Serco players the edge back that Itani have taken from them with numbers. That is why we do not sell to enemies, and it's also why we have higher prices for un-allied players. We don't make a considerable profit on any of it, and the prices are necessary to keep us from depleting our funds too quickly.
