downloaded the game again on my tablet and now when it hits the update screen and finishs checking everything, it gose to the home screen, then to a black screen, then home. its never gets to the game. any help? im running the game on a galaxy tab, it ran the game before just fine and now its just crashing

Do you know which Galaxy Tab? There is a whole variety of devices with that moniker, that have wildly different specs and hardware. The specific model number would help, as would the OS version you're using.

I just tested it on the only Tab I have on hand right now (Tab 7.7, ARM Mali 400MP), and it's working fine here. We may need your help in debugging the issue on your specific type of device.
