I just installed the game and finished the tutorial, then made and verified a new account. Once I enter my info and press the connect button the game always crashes. Using galaxy note 3 android 4.3. Is there a fix for this?

That's pretty weird. I play on my phone all the time and it doesn't do this for me. Maybe try removing the game folder and reinstall it?

If you could create a Support Ticket (bottom of the left side menu, under Support) that would be helpful. We'll need you to install an app on the Play Store called "alogcat", and run that and save the log immediately after the game crashes, then paste the output into the ticket.. that may help us track down the issue.

If we can track down the problem, we'll fix it quickly, but we'll need your help. It does not crash on any of our test devices, and it could be something specific to your device (carrier, firmware, etc).

I had the app running then went through a game crash and saved the log, but there wasn't anything worth saving in it. No new lines were produced when the crash happened. Is there some setting in the log program I need to have set?

We released a client patch 1.8.303 that should fix the crash problem.
