I am running a Samsung Note 3 on android. I just downloaded the game from the playstore. Following the completion of the download the app wanted to update and I received a message saying Vendetta Online Update Failed. The message went on to state that it was due to an Internet outage or firewall. Can't be a firewall as I am using a mobile device over 4G LTE, and Internet connection is stable. Please Help

There's still firewalls, traffic shaping and other forms of filtering on mobile networks.

Try it on a wifi hotspot and see if it works there.

Your carrier (cell-phone service provider) may not be allowing our game protocol to connect. The game tries to fall back to several different servers, which are geographically distributed over thousands of miles and very different networks, to make things as robust as we possibly can. But, ultimately, it's up to the carrier what traffic is allowed to traverse their network. As ARF says, give it a try on Wifi?
