To everyone participating in any player-run event...

Please respect the hosts and understand that it is much more difficult than it looks to host anything.

If you have a problem with the rules or how they are being enforced, please don't ruin the event or interrupt it in any way. Understand that the hosts have enough trouble already. We want more people playing and more events, not less.

Absolutely right, if there is a problem refer it to the host. The host is the absolute ruler of the event situation. After all, without hosts there is no event. Temper tantrums that disrupt the event are childish and unconscionable.

Guild should change the name of the game to this: "The game where everyone pussy-foots around everyone else and no-one is upset"

Sure people are upset. Events aren't the place to be upset, though.

Tarenty, you misunderstood Genka. Let me translate:

Stop beating around the bush and just tell everyone who was misbehaving, what they did, and why we should all be outraged. These vague allusions to people are getting old.

Ordering people to behave the way you want doesn't work. Nor does appealing for them to subscribe to some authority. You guys are stuck with one another and if you want to get along you have to work at it and be flexible. Player-run events spring from players not hosts. Sorry.

I'm all for less carebear-ness, but why why disrupt an event if it will just make the host not want to host in the future?

if an event is hosted in grey all outcomes must be accounted for. Telling a newb after the get killed in sedina "grey isn't safe" but then an event should be magical and safe and go exactly to plan?

Sorry, can't have it both ways

Exactly

Well, if that's what you want to do then go ahead and do it, but don't try to hide behind some bullshit excuse.

it is hardly an excuse, grey is where people die, that is why it is grey, like a grave stone

Truths.

Okay it's time to get this shit straight. As i recall, peytros and Nahin got into a bit of an altercation approximately 10 minutes before Nation Wars started, Peytros was destroyed? correct?

Peytros, instead of explaining the situation in the first place, decided it would be a good idea to take a swarm taur to the Nation War's sector and destroy players. The anger is understandable, the actions however, were not.

IF you have a problem during an event, (especially one that occured 10 mins prior to the event) CONTACT the fucking host, so that it may be resolved. Do not allow butthurt to consume you, that way you wont end up cutting an event short.

The host, like slime said, is the host for a reason, he/she went through the trouble of bringing you Nation Wars and the included prizes so they deserve a good amount of respect.

Peytros was destroyed?

No. I shot him once.

"You may not start fighting until the host signals the start of the battle."

Don't know who started it, but rules are rules.

Seriously? This is grey, it is also VO. There are no rules of engagement, whining is useless, shoot them back.
