Who we are
We are a guild that behaves as our name implies. We are good citizens of the VO universe. We want to coexist with all guilds. We will work with anyone, fill any order, perform any service, if it is in the interests of the universe as a whole.
Our primary rule is to be friendly to all and demonstrate what friendly trade can be. We exist to help you and we encourage you to reach out to us if you are interested in joining. We do not tolerate drama or troublemakers.
What we do
We require our members to be respectful and not initiate conflict. We allow our members to participate in all aspects of VO. Some example activities include:
Trading between stations
Selling products to other players
Mining
Hive combat
Deneb
CtC
Queen hunting
Manufacturing
Nationalist activities
You are probably asking yourself how we can be neutral if we allow our members to participate in nationalist activities. Remember the trading guild you had where members used alts to participate in Deneb and CtC. Remember how they were dragged down in scandal and drama. We hope to avoid that by being completely honest in our activities. Our current rules of conduct related to Deneb and CtC are below.
Members can participate in Deneb. There is no expectation of neutrality and they understand they will be shot at and they can shoot at other players.
Members can attack CtC convoys and deliver merchandise for reputation and reward.
Members will not attack another player carrying CtC cargo unless they are defending cargo they previously captured and attempting to reclaim it. We want to have fun and be part of the full VO experience, not make enemies where they didn't previously exist.
It is understood that if our members engage in nationalist activity they will become a target for nationalists, but we hope that nationalists will see the bigger picture and limit aggression towards our member to times they choose to engage in such activities.
Conquerable stations
We will not attack or defend conquerable stations. Our goal is to be completely neutral and we will work with whoever owns the stations to obtain access. If a station comes under attack we will politely excuse ourselves from the situation.
In summary
We are interested in feedback from the nationalist guilds regarding the above nationalist activity and hope that the interest in wider participation will encourage nationalists to understand that we strive to remain neutral while allowing our members to still experience everything VO has to offer.
We will be creating a site soon to document the above rules of conduct and create a forum for discussion between our guild and others for diplomatic relations.

But for the sake of completeness, your Itani members will be shot by Sercos, and vice versa. Also, nationalists wil never ever see the big pink picture of not shooting outside Deneb or CtC. Their fingers always itch on the trigger.

On 06SEP15 approximately 2300hours I witnessed FNTG pilot "Pleaseo" attack outbound NPC Itani convoy. He's was subsequently destroyed by sector task force. Are these acts of hostility sanctioned by your guild?
SKV will support our friendly neighborhood traders as they seem to be the true little guys trying to fight the prevailing corporate oppression and make a decent living for themselves and their families.

But when a purported Ultra-Nationalist guild hints at hostilities against Itanis as "small transgressions" any objective observer would recognize something is not right. When a purported Ultra Nationalist guild grants a guild inclusive of Sercos access to capital assets, that same objective observer would suspect SKV involvement. Decide for yourselves. Personally I would like to wish this fledgling guild good luck and a better fate than typical of startups.

Where a guild comprised primarilarly of alternate characters operated by four to five people is concerned, everything is suspect. Two guilds actually: SKV & SKV Auxilliary. Deceit and deception are unbecoming honorable warriors. Intellectual dishonesty even more so. But hey, good luck with your front trading company. TGFT will be watchful for the inevitable black flag action.

Neutral guilds that participate in deneb border war and ctc are not neutral. If I see one of you in-game with itani-hate faction standing you're a target. If I see your members that help the serco in deneb or ctc their itani standing doesn't matter, they are a target. If the council and officers condone members helping serco nationalists or serco nationalist's goals (even by policy), then any council member and officer is a target.
I'm sure I've forgotten some edge cases, those will be addressed as they arise.

According to their charter, they are quite aware that their members engaging in Deneb & ctc will be targeted and shot. SKV is fine with this, we will eliminate anyone caught redhanded but we will also allow them to do their friendly neighborhood trading activities without interfering.
They deserve a chance and we are giving them one.
