How are those unlocked? I've seen another player ask about that mine on chat earlier and did some research but couldn't find satisfying answers. Apparently it is unlocked by doing a mission. But which mission is this and where do you take it?

Are you implying they are sold at Xang Xi stations? I must be blind then. I don't see them for sale neither do I see a mission that seems to be obvious to unlock them...

they are a manufactured item whos mission has been missing for some time, afaik... they suck anyhow

Oh ok. What was that Mission removed intentionally or did it just go missing by a bug? Cause I'd like to have one for the collection...
