I have an expired premium account. What happens to my levels/ships if I renew with a lite account?

You'll be temporarily placed at 3/3/3/3/3 (provided you exceeded those licenses) and if you want to go back to premium, you'll have your licenses restored for next time you Premium sub.

Unless you own a trident, nothing will happen with your ships. If you do own a trident (I don't think you do), it will be placed in Latos M-7 Shipyards and be unusable unless you premium sub again.
