Hi all

Totally newbie, i heard about it and installed the game for first time in my android a couple days ago. Liked it so far, so, decided to delete my first game with only a day game and start another one in a new faction. No problem at all so far, getting the grip of the game and enjoying it.

Then tried to log in into forum. I had a lot of difficulties as it said i was registred already. Even so, i changed password and log in without problem.

But now, my data in forum stats says i have 0 min in game and no stats at all and in android my account continues working alright.

This info is only for paying players or i have a problem in my account? I may want to change from freemium in future and i don't wish to lose anything in process..

Sorry for the confusion, we're still in the process of trying to make the account system simpler and more accessible to mobile players.

It appears that you've created a new account, which is completely different from your game account.

There's no real reason to do this, and it usually ends up confusing people later, when they want to purchase something and end up mixing their accounts up.

Additionally, there's no need to make a new account to simply restart a game character, characters are independent of accounts, and you can have several different characters per account.

I would suggest opening a Support Ticket (left side menu, bottom, "Support"), and we can figure things out from there, without having to post it all publicly on the forums.
