It should, as it is the opening screen for these forums. Over the years we have had a handful of users who have disregarded these rules. Some have altered their behavior and are among the finer citizenry of Vendetta, while others have left...in one way or another.
I write today because valuable time and energy is being wasted both in creating/fostering negativity in the forums, and in trying to police it. We've come too far and are too close to the goal to waste resources on petty bickering. Shape up, take it to another website, or just go away.
Those who cannot abide by this will have their posts deleted. If the behavior continues, other measures WILL be taken.

The support for both this thread and Vendetta in general is appreciated. Months from now I hope to read in the reviews about the great community Vendetta has.
Trust me, compared to other MMORPG communities, this place is a haven.
