Some questions.

Before I ask my questions, I'll have to congratulate the devs.

You've really made this game into something worth throwing away your life for.

Now here's my questions
1: Is there a list for when you can aquire certain items and where?
2: Is there a list for when you can buy a certain ship?
3: What can you gain by going to the heartland of the other factions?
4: Why is scrapmetal worth 2000? isn't that tad to much?
5: What's the best way to find an enemy player to kill?
6: I'm level 5 in combat, and the combat training takes to long time to gain exp through. What's the best way to gain combat exp?

"You've really made this game into something worth throwing away your life for."

Hah! If only my fianceé understood that.

1: Someone has recently created a bot of sorts which does this.
2: no, not yet.

Item availability and pricing is subject to change, but I'm fairly certain that players will maintain some sort of price index among themselves.

3: That all depends on your faction alignment. You're either after a fight, or access to their unique equipment.

4: It is too much. It's a bug in the economy generator, according to Waylon. It's worth a lot because the stations have no conceptual "supply" for scrap metal, but apparently the "demand" is higher than it should be.

5: Through PVP combat missions, which are forthcoming.

6: Arguably you can level up to level 5 too quickly, but all leveling is tedious due to the lack of missions.

The best way to gain experience is to a.) perform presently nonexistent missions, b.) fight bots such as Assault III which give you a pretty decent bonus, or c.) fight other players.

The nonexistence of a lot of these features, and the tediousness of the current missions are the main reasons why the beta isn't open yet.

Mmmmmm

Oh, and for #6? The best way is to convince a bunch of vets to invite you into their group combat mission, and end up getting 1k exp or more per successful mission.

Oh yeah, Waylon added somethingorother for the next version which removes all faction penalties for people in the same group. So if you'd like to duel someone without penalty, group up with 'em.

Sweet. That would be helpful. Just get 8-player groups and have a battle. Get lots of points with no faction hits (It's kinda like s40 was!!)
