Hi folks. Sorry about my unexplained absence. It started with being sick and ended with no Internet access due to a big storm. I will post the basic results shortly. The lengthy description will take a little longer.

Announcing the results of The Deneb Run #17, sponsored by TGFT and EnB.

This was, I believe, the biggest Deneb Run ever, with 10 pilots participating.

MonkofAkan: Itani, member of the Cerberes Defense Council, a seasoned veteran and repeat winner of The Deneb Run, he won last week.

Dragon of Fire: Serco, commander of EnB, also a seasoned veteran and repeat winner of The Deneb Run, he placed 2nd last week.

LeberMac: Itani, long time veteran racer and repeat winner of The Deneb Run, he did not finish The Deneb Run last week.

fooz2916: UIT, council member of the Cerberes Defense Council, he previously raced in The Deneb Run #11.

Bloodthirst: Itani, member of the Cerberes Defense Council, he previously raced in The Deneb Run #15.

Pilot 13: UIT, council member of Cerberes Defense Council, he previously raced in The Deneb Run #15 but did not finish.

Demonor: Itani, member of the Cerberes Defense Council, new to racing in The Deneb Run.

who? me?: Serco, famous for his speech impediment, new to racing in The Deneb Run.

Ananzi: UIT, well known for his debating skills, new to racing in The Deneb Run.

Krashis Merala: Probably the only Serco in the race not KOS in Serco space, new to racing in The Deneb Run.

Interesting observations:

1) This was a "no valkyries allowed" race, and it certainly seems to have increased participation from UIT and Serco racers.

2) 50% of the racers were from CDC.

3) LeberMac still kicked ass.

AND got really close to Ghost's record
a) In an Orion Hornet, and
b) with the new WH jumping system

I'll get yer record next time we have a Valks-allowed race, Ghost.. Bwaaa haaa haaa haaa.

Ahahahah Thats ok Leber that was a pretty close race there...As you know I had the lead :D but then being shot and hitting storms slowed me down hey thats part of the race but I did catch up again until That Last Unexpected storm >.< the one u didnt get hit you passed I got it :D hahah but that was an awsome race shall do it again :D

oh yeah, AND Demonor had me sweating the WHOLE way...
