This sucks....i am a member of the EnB Guild but yet i have never been able to participate let alone attend one of these races since of the late time...my mother won't let me stay up late...*sob sob*

Keep in mind that The Deneb Run is now (at least as an experiment) running 4 hours earlier every other week.

Should I note that the earlier times have had lower attendance rates, or would that be raining on the parade much?

Lower attendance both with racers and pirates, I say we keep it at the original time and the europeans (and those kids with a curfew) out of it.

Well that's why I'm considering it an experiment. The first time I moved it earlier, it had a record 13 racers, but the 2nd time it had 4. I think I'll give it at least a couple more tries to get a better idea of how popular/unpopular that time is.

The first time you moved it earlier you moved it up by only two hours, not four. Can't compare attendance rates from two different starting times, even if they are different from the original.

You also can't extrapolate from single occurrences.

Toshiro: true, but 4 people? I doubt it will get higher than that. Most of the players from the UK that I've seen are among the "pirate" group, and would rather kill the racers than race for the money anyway.

My point still stands. At least give it three tries, even though that's just as arbitrary a number. With just one try, you could have hit pretty odd circumstances, and I hope I don't have you to tell you about probability and all that, because I'm not really that good at it, and also hate the stuff.
