Temporary ITAN reassignment

People,
I, elected Commander of ITAN, must take a leave of absence for a period of 7 to 10 days for undisclosed and otherwise personal reasons.
Lieutenant Yasumoto of ITAN is being transfered the Commander position until my return, while I will step down to Lieutenant in the time being.
Yasumoto assumes all powers and responsibilities of the position and should be treated with the regards and powers associated with the position until further notice. Yasumoto's temporary reassignment falls in-line with ITAN's democratic goals and equal opportunity.
Good luck, Commander Yasumoto, on this first Commander assignments.

...but proving guilty shouldn't be all that tough.
Clearly you've little experience with procedural due process and the standard of proof that is reasonable doubt, Harry :P
I dunno, having seen the ITAN list that they're charging you with, I am convinced the trial will take some time to work through, due to the large volume of material needing to be covered. I doubt you'll get away scott free. ¬_¬

Mogul's moving in RL, and meanwhile the judge panel he set up should be working on dismissing all that evidence as we speak. I expect they'll have the "not guilty" verdict by tomorrow at the latest, though they will not make it public until the 14, LIKE THE ORIGINAL THREAD SAYS!!!
