You seem to be forgetting, Cunjo, that in response to your valiant attack on itani space, [Itan] counter-attacked, making it all the way to the serco capitol, and proceeded to trash the bar.
I think that counts as a hostile and militant act.

I'm a little curious how long it takes for BG to get kicked out, or, failing that, for CLM to crumble.

I feel inclined to point out, LoB, that that attack was carried out by individual pilots and not as a joint effort of [Itan]. Rest assured that the majority of the people responsible for that or numerous other attacks on the Serco Dominion or its people are already individually listed in SCAR's KoS database. Being a now formal Military guild, SCAR finds it inappropriate to blacklist an entire guild for the actions of a select few of its members, and following the secession of A1S from Itan, we have a more clearly designated military/terrorist target cell.

[Itan] and [CLM] members (if the pending decisions go through) will only be killed on sight by SCAR if they have individually earned that privalage, or are flying an armed vessel in or near a warzone. These demilitarized zones include Deneb, Helios and Ukari, as well as other areas of Grey space during specific operations in those areas.

The Serco Dominion's space is of course, as always, off-limits to any hostile players.

I'm sure I've individually gained that privilege. I would expect nothing less from [SCAR]. Of course, being KOS with them really isn't THAT scary. I mean, meh.

And what is this A1S secession thingy from [Itan]? Far as I know, they've got NOTHING to do with us and never did. That's a GOOD thing. Screw the Akakese.
