No he can, for example:
Calder takes out a Vult MK II with dual Laws and a Hive Batt,... and /booms.
Calder then brings out a moth, picks up weapons, parks moth..
Repeat until moth is full.

Law Enforcement Neuts, for 9.9k? They're just N3s for crying out loud! :-\

Law Enforcement Neuts are acutlaly more like N4. They're slightly better than N3s by weight and inflicted dammage.
Special weapons, IE Queen Gats and Lawguns come in packs of five for a million firsm. Sorry I forgot to mention that, will be added to original post now.
If you still want it Firsm, I'll work on the order. It should be ready within a couple days and ready for delivery. Also, as a fellow weapons dealer, I could give you a discount if you bought in bulk, but that will be discussed later. Or we could merge companies... Heck, I'm not in a guild right now.

Actually, they weigh the same, but have the damage increase you mentioned (635, compared to N3s' 600) and a slight refire rate increase (0.13 sec delay compared to 0.14 for N3s)
And person, a million for five LENBs is asinine... hell, I'll give them away for FREE if I like you, and I won't charge more than 5k/pair for anyone else. They're cheap and easy to come by (1,600cr worth of Lmines will get you 2-3 of them easily as of now... in the future, they may cost more)

well, no thanks, A Queen Gun sells for like 120k-160k, so I don't think we can meet up with the price, and I sell a mothload lawguns for like a million.
I think we gotta wait and see how the market develops first.

And btw. my buyers are not just people who can't fight the SF. It takes a while to get like 20 lawguns, since not every SF Vulture is dropping one. And a lot of people have enough money to pay for those Guns - Like Traders: By the time they get 20 lawguns, they could have made 400k trading...
