[CGCC] Announces Business Talks with [SCAR] and [Itan]

The Coalition News Network reports that CGCC President Dihelical Synthesis is entering into business talks with the leaders of rival guilds SCAR and Itan. According to CGCC officials, the Coalition of Galactic Commerce and Cartography wishes to reach an agreement with both parties detailing the release of vital trade information regarding their respective areas in exchange for guild protections and a nominal fee.
Talks elevated yesterday when Smittens, commander of [Itan] requested exclusivity on all information pertaining to UIT as well as Grey space in addition to the prearranged Itani space and the termination of the agreement with SCAR in exchange for a large shipment of black market Law Enforcement Neutron Blasters and an undisclosed percentage cut of profits. The offer, intended to cut the Serco nation from future profits, was turned down and more deliberate negotiations have begun in order that a deal might be reached quickly that can benefit all parties.
Meanwhile, SCAR has requested that negotiations remain open as they discuss the deal with their commander, A-Dawg, who has remained strangely silent since the initial talks pertaining to the offer. SCAR Lieutenant Cunjo assures the CGCC that if they keep talks open and do not finalize any agreement with Itan, that SCAR will match or beat any offer of the Itani guild. CGCC Intelligence reports that comm traffic in Serco space suggests that a shipment of LENBs may already be mobilized.
No deadline has been set for these negotiations, and CGCC President Helix says that talks will remain open as long as is necessary to reach a agreement he is satisfied with.

As we've already discussed, Itan has the means to pay more than just financially. I am confident that we will be able to reach an agreement that suits both our guilds nicely, and lays the foundation for a long future of cooperation.
In addition, I'd like to state for the record that we are not after a monopoly on Itani space. All Itani should be able to purchase this information for the betterment of our nations economy. This includes SKV, and other Itani-dedicated (IE non Akanese) guilds/people/groups.
