Sorry I had internet access for about 5 min yesterday just long enough to make a quick post. I should have said i wont be able to attend but Obsidian was planning on being there. thanks aaagain Obsidian i won't let u down again :)

itani won, after getting caught in a storm in Odia which took the HACs health down to ~40%, made half of our players time out, and killed the tridents!

But it was basically a mop up operation since the UIT HAC chose to go BOOM seconds after entering B8 for some obscure reason, taking almost all UIT along...Oh, and we got caught in a storm too, so the tridents arrived seriously late as well. Anybody found out what happened to the HAC?

What happened to having the caps spawn in the sectors surrounding B8? I thought you guys already figured out that having them travel from a few systems away didn't work?

If you look at the old cap ship battles we had 2 senarios. 1 with the cap ships 1 jump from b8 and one where trhey travel to b8. I really thought the other ships would protect the hac but i could be wrong. the next battle will have all the ships 1 jump from b8.
