Vendetta Online Skills Exchange is a free service to all pilots, of any faction or nation, regardless of their legal or political standings.

I love how they are all arguing on who traders should pay for safe passage. Here's another alternative, thinking outside the rat. Use channel 4357 when ever you spot a rat and the Vipers will come and eradicate him from your flight path. No charge!
