Pilot's log, 7.28.4434 1825 hrs...

I've sighted a large group of Hive bots engaged in what appear to be a complex series of combat maneuvers near the Sedina wormhole. The odd thing is that they don't appear to be hostile...

The Hive have allowed me to pass through their midst without challenge, perhaps this marks the beginnings of some new evolution in Hive behavior?

Most Peculiar. I recomend we get a containment team out there to observe them and, more importantly, prevent overzealous pilots from exterminating them. Also, knowing where they're headed if they jump out of the sector is also a good idea.

Pfft, serco CTC bots glitching out. Throw an Itani in the system and watch all of them go for the poor sod. Basically they lost communication and do not know where to go, so they congregate around each other, following still their defensive programming.

Your theory certainly seems plausible Jax, given what little information we have. However, this may be analogous to the behavior of the Hive we know today whilst it was still in its infant stages (albiet, without any queens or levis). This is an excellent opportunity to research the inner-workings of rouge-bot mentality.

Look at the target info box. They are Serco bots that lost their transport.

This happens frequently. What's more fun is when someone *forces* 'em to stop there (or in Bractus)... the result is funny as hell. Less so for those who aren't favored by the clustering bots ;)
