Roda Slane's War on Phoenix Alliance [PA]
I, Roda Slane, was in Sedina D-14, observing Daggoth Korronoth farms laws. I fired a repair module on Daggoth Korronoth.
Daggoth Korronoth misunderstood his sensor readings, and believing himself under assault, requested assistance. Quirc Taranis and Mecha Touriaus arrived to assist Daggoth Korronoth, and both immediately engaged me in combat.
I informed Quirc Taranis that as he was a member of the Phoenix Alliance, and that I had a standing non aggression pact with the Phoenix Alliance, that he was honor bound to cease hostilities.
Quirc Taranis said to hell with the pact, and continued the assault. The situation escalated later with other [PA] members seizing on the excuse to engage in conflict.
MiexonBionic, commander of PA, citing concerns of potential political upheaval in his council, refused to take corrective action. His council of that time appearing to have interest in my ongoing conflicts with [ITAN] and/or [CLM].

As in all the other threads I'm forced to ask, who cares? Basically before it's over everyone should just shoot first at you because you'll declare war on them anyway.
And that is exactly that "shoot first" mentality that instigates so many wars. A philisophical pre-justification to do what you wanted to do anyway.
Newbs fly by me without fear or concern. As long as they don't shoot at me. Traders fly by. Many players pass in peace. With the only standing requirement being that they not shoot at me, assist those that are shooting at me, or be openly allied or gilded with those that are shooting at me.
And as for who cares? Those those spend their time strictly in tani space rarely have need for concern. Those that spend their time mining in the depths of distant roid fields rarely have need for concern. Those that make a point to avoid the range of my blasters rarely have need for concern. You can hide. You can Run. I will be satisfied with those results.

One lunatic who is occasionally online hardly suffices a war. Anyways this is really old news based off events that occurred with former PA members. Nobody likes an ancient foreign policy roda ;).

Roda yer so full of it. Mecha no longer plays and Quirc is no longer PA. Qt is in fact PA KOS....

When was the last time you saw Daggoth Korronoth for that matter?
Think back to a time when [PA] was a struggling new and upcoming guild billing itself as a grey space mercenary guild. And Quirk and Dr. Doak where on the [PA] council. When the entire [PA] guild (all 8 of them?) was being decimated by the likes of tumblemonster (then a [CLM]). If you where not there at that time, then don't pretend to know.
I would never have imagined that activating a repair module would have instagated so much trouble.

The only observation I'll make on this topic is that Roda never fires on me without provocation, and always fires on other members of PA. Except for that one time when he shot me in the back when I was in a Moth. I can only assume therefore that Roda has no problems with anyone who can beat him. No problems at all, sir, nope, not here, have a nice day.

I find fighting Roda Slane 1v1 to be a fruitful exercise in dueling. He's pretty good, which makes the fights that much more entertaining.
However, due to the fact that I have, for most of my existence, been in guilds that Roda has declared war on, he rarely submits to mere dueling anymore. It's usually hit and run for Roda; although I rarely blame him, others outnumber him greatly in B-8 and usually will interrupt duels just to kill him.
Oh, and Kierky, [ONE] is definitely not legendary, I would question whether [PA] is, even though I'm a member. I'm pretty sure that the legendary status of [CLM] and [VPR] passed away in the last year.
You should note that Roda Slane predates all but two of these guilds, and he is still here.
