Actually, the vast majority (well nearly all in fact) PA'ers left due to lack of gameplay. More specifically a lack of variety of gameplay. It really does need some work. Most have stated they will continue to sub, just not play unless things start to change a bit more than just announcements of platform ports.
I myself have been using my extremely limited free time to read and play board games more often. (just got a nice block game CDG on the Wars of the Roses from GMT. Combat mechanic is unique. Should be interesting)
