Reverting CtC back to its full state of broken removes the last reason I have to login on a regular basis.

Cloak? - yes, Itani should have cloaking, and the Serco, stasis beams, a much better difference than Proms and Valks. CTC was always a side issue, what isn't is nationalist gameplay, which, despite the exhaustive back story, the game has never properly encouraged.
