Who owns VO's music? Is it copy-written and owned by Guild Software? If it is, what are the dissemination/use rights around the music/files? If not, who owns it?

I ask because I came across a video on Youtube with nearly half a million hits which uses one of VO's themes over their credits.

Incarnate wrote and owns ambient7.ogg. The rest is licensed from Strategy First.

strategy first is non-existant at this point and not only would no one notice abusing their vo music IP's but i think no one would care either unless someone started making money off it somehow.

There's a fair chance that somebody owns the rights, even if they reverted to the artist, but I agree that it probably wouldn't be a thing unless somebody started making money off it. I'm sure GSW wouldn't do anything at all outside the licensing agreement.
