Saw it midnight showing in EST - Best movie I have ever seen - and I have seen all the top 100 at www.imdb.org

Saw it this afternoon with a friend and my father right after school.

All I have to say is: They took out some of what they shouldn't, and left some of what they should have taken. All in all, a damn good ending to a damn good trilogy.

No, they did the best job humanly possible without having a 6 1/2 hour movie.... and that's what the special edition is going to be (/exageration). I mean, come on, did you SEE Minas Tirath?!!! Or Shelob?!!! How about the scene with the Eagles? (I know that wasn't strictly correct, but hey, it was awesome). And the Dead Army? Soooo cooolllll! (Also not exactly acurate, but amazingly well done!) Definately the best movie I have ever seen.
