Sheean, I used Firefox (Netscape/Mozilla do this too) to post it, which HTML-encode all the characters instead of UTF8 encoding them. It's much more reliable that way; I can only see your post if I switch to UTF8 coding (which happens to blow away my long response to this thread.. ggrrrrrrrrrr! here we go again:)

Keep in mind this is not well-formed Japanese and it contains a lot of slang. The song as sung by Trey Parker is mispronounced a lot too. Word-for-word translation:

金玉の髪ある - kintama ("golden jewels", meaning testicles) no kami (hair) aru (exists)
それの音サルボボ sore no (should be sono, meaning 'that', but.. I guess they needed another syllable.) oto (sound) sarubobo (traditional doll with no face.. may be other connotations)
