There is missing check on free cargohold space so it led to bugged mission.
I just picked up trade goods and filled up cargohold space before going back to station where mission was offered after delivering cargo to destination. When mission led to ship in space, the npc tried to deliver 1 Blank Datapad into my cargo bay but it was full already so I missed it. The mission log says "The new datapad was delivered into your cargo bay. Please bring it back to "...

Please add checks before trying to put something into cargo bay, so it would be no more bugs like this.

I have a slightly different, but similar problem in this same mission.

I have an empty cargo hold (22cu Revenant), and I didn't get the blank data pad at the rendezvous. I have a message saying the blank data pad was delivered into my cargo hold and to return it to Dau L-11. I have an objective to deliver 1x Blank Data Pard to Dau L-11. I'm in the station at Dau L-11.

The mission doesn't have a completion option.
My cargo hold is still empty.

Gadget, did you check to see if the item is in the storage of the station where you were given the item? It obviously shouldn't have been put there but can you see if it was?

In the Clandestine Courier mission you're supposed to get the data bad in open space in a randomly selected sector of Verasi. There is no storage area available unless you just dump it into the nearest station or always put it at Crossroads.

I suppose it's possible that I had M.A.I.D. accidentally running in combat or exclusive mode and it dumped the datapad, but I don't think that's the case. It's been too long now to remember.

Anywho, I'm dumping that character, and my new character has successfully completed that mission, so no long-term harm done.
