So I found a bug that freezes the loading screen while logging in with an android (Samsung s23 ultra), The loading screen freezes when you try to load the game on the "Attempting to Connect to server" loading screen. I have no plugins.

Fix: I had to go into the app and clear it's cache.

Recreation: I found that When closing the app without logging off through Options that it happens every time.

Prevention: If I log off through options it doesn't happen, causing no trouble with loading the game.

(I apologize if this has been brought up before, actually I'm pretty sure it has been, as I've seen posts about it however I decided to post this as all of the ones I've seen haven't indicated what system they were using, or if and how they were fixed.)

So, are you closing the game app at a specific moment that causes this?

We've definitely not seen this, the game historically never had problems with being closed, that's a major aspect of the Android application lifecycle, and a requirement of any mobile app.

We'll take a look on Monday.
