Liveries not applying to titled capships - Easy workaround
Titled capships need to be stripped of their title for the camo insurance mission to work.
Previously titled capships will spawn with their baked-in colour upon taking the mission there's no indication the capships can't be titled in order for it to work, a bit of text detailing this on the purchase selection page probably wouldn't hurt.
Figure this is already known and low priority and I doubt it's a bug but I figured this was more appropriate than a support ticket.

I mean you know you cant change colour after the enduring is applied and it does warn you before you make the enduring to make sure you have the desired colours/liveries chosen first
you can change the colour; there's a few steps to it.
here's a quick'n'dirty walkthrough that might work:
1 - you need to strip the title with the mission
2 - /explode your capship
3 - pick a ship with the colour you want and have it as your active ship (pick a colour and buy the 89 don't even have to put a cell on it!)
4 - run the capship insurance mission
5- re-applyy your title back to the capship afterwards.
Errr actually wait that probably doesn't if the colour is bound to the title... you need to re-run the "create capship title" mission afaik so, not sure if you can recycle old titles to get the RHA back
that said the following steps worked to select the camo livery capships and the titles went back on just fine - I didn't test to see if it changed the colour since I made sure I had the same colour active ship before applying the title again.
